Back by popular demand, join Assembly families for a docent-led tour of art history for all ages. Our lovely docents will highlight a different series of artwork from the last tour, making this a great learning experience for new and returning students. We will also view the limited exhibit: Florentine Baroque, which features a unique collection of Italian paintings, reliefs, and sculpture.
Following the tour, families are welcome to join an optional picnic lunch on the grassy courtyard.
When: Fri, May 8, 10-11AM
Who: Tours are designed for children ages 6-14. Younger children welcome with parents supervision.
All registrations will receive an ESA Curriculum Form.
Parent Note: These tours will not include works that depict mature subject matter, however please be advised that the museum does contain such works. Parents are encouraged to use their discretion and temporarily redirect their children if you are in proximity to objectionable content. We will not visit special exhibitions or the modern art gallery.
